Before this goes live
1. Pick a subject line per email (three options each are in the copy doc).
2. Swap the relative assets/ image paths to https://paradigmzone.com.au/images/email/. Gmail strips base64 and blocks temp hosts.
3. Replace the three marked placeholder slots with DSC_7601, DSC_7970 and DSC_7609.
4. Suppress the existing live welcome automation so nobody receives both series.
5. Confirm the merge tag renders: {{{FIRST_NAME}}} with a “Hey there!” fallback.
